INFORMATIONS

The races Yalova Mountainbike Cup Race XCO are organized under the rules of the UCI, and the specific rules are mentioned in this guide.

1. Registration and Fees

Each athlete must fill the registration form on http://yalovamtbcup.org/ web page and enter the UCI ID license number. Online registrations ends on October 9, 2020 at 23:59.

2. Race registrations are fee

The registered person cannot be transferred his/her rights to another person and the organization will not allow anyone else to compete/race on behalf of the registered person. The entry fee per rider is 80 €

3. Restriction of Registration Time

All registered online athletes are obliged to go to the Registration Office at the time and dates listed in the schedule to confirm their registration and have their licenses checked by the commissaires. Athletes who do not register in real time in the race office cannot participate in the races.

3.1. Terms of Registration

• Yalova Mtb Cup is open to all riders who have a valid UCI license issued by a National Cycling Federation.

• Each registration is personal. Transfer of registration or transferring the registration of a participant to another will not be permitted.

4. Race Numbers

Registered athletes will receive the Activity Book, Race Numbers (jersey number and bike plate) and circulars with advertisements from our sponsors.

5. Training, Race

Racers must be present at the start, at least 30 minutes before the start.

Please check the schedule for training times.

The use off the track is prohibited, except for training and racing periods, because service vehicles will be on the tracks preparing them for the race or executing regular works within the bike park.

The time limit is 80% of the leaders. The decision for application of the 80 % rule will be taken by the commissaires and it will be announced in the Team Managers' Meeting.

** The rules will be finalized by the organization company, UCI and the Turkish Cycling Federation before the race.

• Junior Men, Junior Women, U17 Men, U17 Women, U15 Men, Masters 30+, Masters 40+,Masters 50+

7. Anti-Doping Controls

The UCI anti-doping regulations are entirely applicable to the event. Anti-doping tests will take place at a dedicated location after each race as indicated in the race details of this guide.

A grand total of 3750 € will be distributed as prize money at the event.

1. According to Rules of UCI for the category, group "2".

2. Awards ceremony will be held in each day after the race at the start/finish area.

3. UCI categories, Elite Men and Elite Women will receive prize money shown in up list according to their rankings. The currency of prize money is Euro.

The XC race track length is 4,4 km with an altitude difference of 213 metres per lap.

9. Medical Info

Emergency health care services and hospital transfers will be charged.

In state hospitals patients pay the bills before leaving the hospital. They have the right to collect back the amount they paid by presenting the invoice to their insurance company.

In private hospitals, payment may be asked depending on the patient's insurance policies.

For foreigners who don’t speak Turkish, a call line on number 444 4728 provides interpretive and advisory services 7/24 in English, German, Arabic, Russian, Persian and French.

9.1. Onsite Medical Services

• Two para-medic with sleight stretchers

• One Doctor

• One Ambulance (Ambulances will provide medical service with three first aid personnel)
